While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. In the event of a material error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the affected order and issue a refund.

2.3 Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2.4 Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. We use secure third-party payment gateways. Bamboo House SP does not store your full credit card details.

3. Shipping, Rental & Returns

3.1 Shipping
Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and courier. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.

3.2 Book Rental Service
The children’s book rental service is available only at our physical store in Sungai Petani. Separate rental terms apply in-store and are not governed by this online ToS.

3.3 Returns & Refunds
Due to the secondhand nature of our products, all sales are final except where an item is significantly not as described or arrives damaged. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy [insert link] for eligibility, timelines, and procedures. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Return Policy.
